The living room area has a 52" flat screen TV and an electric fireplace for warmth and ambiance. 2 master suites in the main house have windows facing the beach so that guests wake up to waves crashing and wildlife frolicking. Bathrooms have been remodeled with new flooring, fresh paint & counter tops. The kitchen remodel features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances & indoor laundry area. There is a breakfast nook with a hightop table and 4 swivel chairs. Gorgeous dark wood flooring further enhances this lovely home. GUEST HOUSE: There is a completely separate apartment featuring another bedroom, bathroom, living room & kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs. A lovely courtyard with terra cotta tile flooring connects the two living spaces and can be used to BBQ or for additional dining. There is also an outdoor shower for a refreshing finish to a day on the beach. OUTDOORS: This home is perfect for a family or small gathering of friends. There is enough space to be together or to find time to be alone. The main, beachside deck features a picnic table with benches and 6 additional outdoor chairs to enjoy the sun or stars. The courtyard features 2 BBQs (one propane and one Weber charcoal grill) with space for another table and chairs. The beach is your backyard, the Ocean is your playground and the Oceano Dunes is your own State Park. PLEASE NOTE: ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS HOME.

Guests will be charged for stained/ruined towels and linens. 7) Towels are not allowed outside the house. Guests must bring their own beach towels 8) Outside fires MUST be at least 50' from the house 9) Shut off all heaters and all lights when leaving the house 10) No indoor furniture shall be moved or taken outside 11) All outdoor furniture shall be returned to its original position 11) Parked cars cannot, whatsoever, protrude into the street. Only 2 compact cars are allowed on property. GUESTS PLEASE FOLLOW THE CHECK OUT PROCEDURES: *Strip beds of sheets and duvet covers (not mattress pads) *Put all dishes in the dishwasher and run it before leaving *Take out all trash, remove all personal food items *Shut off heater, fireplace, and all lights *Lock doors and put key back in the lock box THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR ANY EXCESS CLEANING

Vehicles drive on this beach. While cars are quite far from the house and there is approximately a 150' restricted area stretching from the house to where vehicles are allowed, guests must be alert to traffic and families with small children need to plan accordingly. It would be prudent to choose another city for your stay if beach traffic is unacceptable to you.
