Extra large bedrooms with wrap around decks. Ocean views from two bedrooms and from the living room, dining room and kitchen. Large patio on the sand for BBQ and picnics or sunset dining.
House Rules
1) NO PARTIES and NO EVENTS are allowed 2) NO PETS are allowed 3) White towels and linens are provided. Guests will be charged for stained/ruined towels and linens. 7) Towels are not allowed outside the house. Guests must bring their own beach towels 8) Outside fires MUST be at least 50' from the house 9) Shut off all heaters and all lights when leaving the house 10) No indoor furniture shall be moved or taken outside 11) All outdoor furniture shall be returned to its original position 12) Parked cars cannot, whatsoever, protrude into the street. Only 2 compact cars are allowed on property. GUESTS PLEASE FOLLOW THE CHECK OUT PROCEDURES: *Strip beds of sheets and duvet covers (not mattress pads) *Put all dishes in the dishwasher and run it before leaving *Take out all trash, remove all personal food items *Shut off heater, fireplace, and all lights

This house is special - 6 houses from the end of the road, this area of Oceano is quiet and serene. Ample outdoor space is perfect for lounging in the sun or candlelight dinners. The Five Cities are each incredibly unique (Oceano, Arroyo Grande, Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, Avila Beach) and there is so much to explore within just a few short miles. Good restaurants and shopping are nearby and world renown attractions are within short driving distance. This place is unique to California - laid back but full of things to do and beautiful scenery to enjoy.
