The house is adorable & the beach front setting is absolutely beautiful. The house got more and more comfortable as the days went on. Weekends are busy with lots of people & activity, trucks, cars, etc… driving on the beach. But the weekdays are quieter. Sunsets are stunning!!! Sea life is everywhere. Great place for family time & adventure. Highly recommend

My family had a great stay. The location was wonderful. Loved walking the beach finding sand dollars and seeing the dunes. Quick drive to Pismo and other nice scenic areas. The house was comfortable for four adults and our child. Would recommend!

We had a family vacation at Sal and Eva’s beautiful home with 4 kids all under the age of 7. We all had an amazing time, the kids loved playing in the sand and ocean all day and the house was very comfortable and accommodating.

It was absolutely perfect!!! Location Location Lovation!!!! The space was perfect for our family to relax and soak in the beach and amazing sunsets that were right outside the door, literally!!!! We will be back!!!

We loved our stay at Sal & Eva’s home. It was just what we were looking for- right on the beach! Easy access to the beach and the home had beach toys, chairs, etc and a great deck to relax on while the kids played in the sand. It was nice to be able to walk to Slappy’s for a snack or an ice cream cone.
We had a wonderful trip making family memories and would stay here again!

This was the perfect spot for our 4 generations of family. We got to see our one year old grandson experience sand and surf for the first time. The accommodations were just as described and when I had a question received a prompt response.

This was a breathtaking quiet quaint spot on the beach, we wanted to have a fire and the host had wood delivered to the house. We did not want to leave and would definitely recommend it to anyone who asked! 5 star all the way!

It's our 2nd time here and still the best experience as last time. This beach house is everything! Super convenient with the little ones since you're literally by the beach. Will be back again for sure.

Oceano was a hidden gem that we thoroughly enjoyed! Sal & Eva were so kind and communicative, and their property accommodated us so well! Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, and we got to enjoy stunning ocean views right out of the back door. The beac is accessible to. vehicles by the public, but there's a large amount of space allotted only for the homes by the beach, where vehicles are restricted, so we always felt like we had our own beach to enjoy. All of the stars to a lovely home and incredible hosts!

This home is beautiful and in a great spot! It was very easy to find and easy to get into! It felt like home away from home right on the beach! We will for sure visit again!
